A Geriatric Clinical Residency is a unique opportunity for you to develop skills and take courses in a mentored environment, to significantly advance your provision of geriatric PT. There are currently three credentialed Geriatric Clinical Residency in the country:

Grant Available to Clinical Residency or Fellowship Programs from the Section on Geriatrics

The Section on Geriatrics is proud to support Clinical Residency or Fellowship Programs as they work through APTA’s credentialing process.

The Section will fund up to two applications per year, up to $1500.00 each.

Grant monies will be awarded on a “first come, first serve” basis, with an annual grant application deadline of December 31st. Grant applicants must be a Section on Geriatrics member.
